We would like to make a clarification once again to our stakeholders regarding the processes established for personnel selection and receiving resumes at the Company, as well as the development of Company programs that benefit our communities of influence, such as the program called ‘In House’. Based on the above, we would like to inform and emphasize that: Por lo anterior informamos y enfatizamos que:
- We do not utilize any intermediaries in these processes.
No gifts or payments of any kind are required or received, directly or through intermediaries, to access vacant positions or programs available at the Company. - We do not have established groups in social media to conduct selection processes.
- The only authorized channel to receive resumes is through our web page: www.drummondltd.com, from where those interested can access the Our Company /Human Talent section to see the employment offers available, and present their resumes if applicable.
- Employment offers, as well as any announcement for our ‘In House’ courses are published exclusively through our official channels and social media: on Twitter as @DrummondLtdCo, on Instagram as @drummondltdco, on LinkedIn as Drummond Ltd., and on Facebook as Drummond Ltd. Colombia.
- If you notice any irregularity in the process, we invite you to file your concern through our claims channel: denuncias@drummondltd.com, or through the web portal of our Citizen Attention System – SAC using the following link: DRUMMOND LTD | Portal en Línea de Atención al Ciudadano (boreal-is.com). These channels provide full confidentiality if you so desire it.
Likewise, as a company that follows the law, the rights of the communities, and those of our employees, Drummond Ltd. respects the decisions and freedom to vote, and refrains from participating or supporting any political campaign.
For the above reasons, we request the community in general to abstain from sending resumes through channels that differ from the ones mentioned above, or try to make payments to participate in selection processes
