Drummond Ltd. participated in the 59th Safety, Health, and Environment Congress, organized by the Colombian Safety Council (CCS), one of the leading forums for staying up to date and exchanging experiences on safety, occupational health, and sustainability in Latin America.
Representing the company, Johnny Guerrero, Industrial Safety Manager, served as a speaker with the presentation “The Real Value of Safety: The Economics Behind Decisions That Save Lives,” in which he explained how safety decisions go beyond regulatory compliance and represent a strategic investment to protect people, strengthen operational continuity, and generate sustainable value for organizations.

The company was also represented by a delegation of members from the Joint Committee on Occupational Safety and Health (COPASST) and sponsors of the mining operations, who attended conferences and training sessions aimed at strengthening their skills in leadership, risk prevention, and innovation.
