    At Drummond Ltd., we seek out reliable suppliers and contractors to ensure the quality and efficiency of our operations, and we use 6 specialized tools to monitor and manage their performance:

    • Policies and guidelines
    • Comprehensive Contractor Manual
    • Commitments acquired in the provision of goods and services
    • Inspections and audits on industrial safety, the environment and human rights
    • Regular meetings with our contractors’ managers
    • Managerial walk-throughs

    In 2023 we had commercial relationships with 824 suppliers and/or contractors: 69% with domestic organizations.

  6. Resettlement

    Resettlement

    We are committed to complying with environmental and social regulations. We work together with the communities, other companies and the national government to carry out the orderly, efficient and peaceful resettlement of the communities of Plan Bonito, El Hatillo and Boquerón in the department of Cesar. These resettlement plans include a compensation framework that coordinates parallel measures that will be applied to restore the living conditions of the affected populations.
