{"id":9061,"date":"2016-04-13T21:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-04-14T02:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/drummondltd.com\/uncategorized\/2016\/04\/13\/collective-bargaining-2016-press-release-2\/"},"modified":"2022-08-12T15:52:29","modified_gmt":"2022-08-12T20:52:29","slug":"collective-bargaining-2016-press-release-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drummondltd.com\/en\/collective-bargaining-2016-press-release-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Collective Bargaining 2016 \u2013 Press Release #2"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we had previously reported, the Company invited Sintradrummond, Sintradem, Sintramienergetica, Agretritrenes and Sintramineros to begin negotiations during the week of April 11, with the goal of signing the corresponding collective employment agreements that will govern the employment contracts of their affiliates and covered non-affiliates.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have agreed with Sintradrummond, Agretritrenes and Sintramineros to formally begin the collective negotiation on April 13. Therefore, the 20 days of the direct negotiation stage will last until the night of May 2.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is important to note that yesterday we held a meeting with Sintradem to try to begin conversations and resolve the existing collective conflict.
