Mr. Jimenez will be reporting directly to Mr. Garry N. Drummond, CEO and Chairman.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Jimenez served as President of Drummond Ltd. from 1990 until 2012, during which time he was instrumental in developing the company from a startup operation in Colombia to the second largest coal mining company in the country.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Jimenez had been serving as a consultant to the company and member to the board of directors, where he provided guidance as we continue to grow and develop our various operations in Colombia.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Augusto Jimenez has a Juris Doctor from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and an LL.M from Harvard Law School.
