With the aim of strengthening education and bridging the digital divide in Cesar, Drummond Ltd., in partnership with Aptiva Labs, developed the “Educaci\u00f3n en TIC Con Drummond” (ICT Education with Drummond) project. This initiative engages 100 high school seniors and teachers from the municipalities of La Jagua de Ibirico, Chiriguan\u00e1, andEl Paso.<\/p>\n\n

As part of this process, students and teachers presented their final projects and receivedcertificates of participation, demonstrating the knowledge and tools they had acquiredregarding generative artificial intelligence and digital business. The training sought tostrengthen their competencies to face the challenges of an increasingly digital society andto provide them with tools applicable to their learning processes, higher education, andfuture career and entrepreneurial endeavors. <\/p>\n\n

A key component of the project was thepractical application of the knowledge gained.During the training process, participantsdeveloped final projects in which they applied tools and concepts related to artificialintelligence and digital business. <\/p>\n\n

\u201cI loved this great experience provided by Drummond. I found the whole process of designing web pages truly impressive,” <\/em>commented Abraham Trocha Dur\u00e1n, a student at the Benito Ramos Trespalacios Educational Institution and a project participant.<\/p>\n\n

Fabi\u00e1n Mestre Socarr\u00e1s, Manager of Aptiva Labs\u2014the project’s operational partner\u2014highlighted the value of creating training opportunities that address the challenges ofdigital transformation: “It gives us great satisfaction to support this process andcontribute to strengthening the digital skills of students and teachers who are navigatingthe challenges of this new digital world.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n
