* Home delivery in the High-Impact Housing Project in La Loma, Cesar.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n

As part of its commitment to improving the quality of life in communities within its area of influence<\/strong>, Drummond Ltd. has begun delivering the first homes in the High-Impact Housing Project in the village of La Loma, municipality of El Paso, Cesar.<\/p>\n\n

This new milestone marks the transition from construction to the delivery of housingsolutions that aim to transform the living conditions of the beneficiary families<\/strong>. On this occasion, three families received their new homes, out of a total of 60 planned for the first phase of the project. <\/p>\n\n

The initiative, whose construction phase began in March 2026 with the symbolic laying of the first stone, will benefit families previously prioritized through a technical and social process<\/strong>. Of the total number of homes planned, 30 are located in La Loma, and the other 30 are distributed among the communities of Potrerillo, Cuatro Vientos, El Carmen, and El Vallito, in the municipality of El Paso. <\/p>\n\n

For Eida Villalobos Rivera, a beneficiary of the project, receiving the keys means the following: \u201cMy house is a mansion. I can’t ever repay Drummond for this wonderful gift, because this was my son’s dream\u2014to build me a house\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

From construction to home <\/h2>\n\n

Each home has a constructed area of 71.40 squaremeters, distributed among three bedrooms, a livingroom, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a front yard, offering functional and suitable spaces to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of its residents.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

This program is being developed in partnership with the El Paso Mayor’s Office and strategic allies, in compliance with agreements with the National Mining Agency (ANM), and is part of the high-impact social initiatives that Drummond is carrying out in its areaof influence.<\/p>\n\n
