He was subsequently evacuated in an ambulance. Regrettably, due to the extent of the injuries, he died on arrival at a health center in Bosconia. <\/p>\n\n<p>The company notified the appropriate authorities of the accident, and conveyed its condolences to Carlos \u0301 family.
