It should be noted that the Online Citizen Attention Portal, which is integrated into the Bor\u00e9alis software and linked to the Drummond website, is available 24 hours a day, allowing a more effective, appropriate, and efficient way of interaction in the attention provided, as well as in the follow-up, monitoring, and response of requests, by systematizing all PQRSFs and complaints received. Any request has a response and\/or resolution time of 15 working days following its receipt. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n
