*Delivery of furniture to rural Educational Institutions in the municipality of Agustín Codazzi
Drummond Ltd. reaffirms its commitment to education by delivering a new supply of school furniture to seven rural institutions in Agustín Codazzi, Cesar. This initiative, framed in its corporate social responsibility strategy, seeks to generate adequate spaces for student learning.
“We continue to strengthen institutional and community capacity in the education sector, contributing to the improvement of teaching and learning conditions in the municipalities in our area of influence,” said Yilda Tatiana Pineda García, Senior Supervisor of Community Relations and Government at Drummond Ltd.
The institutions benefiting from this endowment were the Divino Niño, Simón Bolívar and Luis Giraldo, along with the La Pista, Menkue Missional, Alto Sicarare and San Jacinto Educational Centers. The delivery included workstations, preschool games and school boards, which are key elements to improve teaching conditions and promote an environment conducive to academic development.

“It is very important to receive this support. We are grateful and satisfied because this furniture will contribute to improving the quality of education,” said Heiner Castañeda, rector of the San Jacinto I.E.
With this delivery, the company reaffirms its commitment to educational strengthening and access to better learning conditions.

In addition, in conjunction with local authorities and educational institutions, the proper use, maintenance, and monitoring of the resources delivered will be guaranteed, ensuring that students can benefit from them in a sustainable way.
