In order to prevent the community in general from being affected by fraudulent hiring processes in its name and false profiles on social media, Drummond Ltd. reiterates which are its official channels and how are its personnel selection procedures:
- The only authorized channel to receive resumes is through Our Company/Employment Opportunities section on its official website: www.drummondltd.com.
- The company’s personnel in charge of selection processes have corporate emails with the domain @drummondltd.com (they do not use Gmail, Hotmail, among others). Verify that the domain is correct.
- The job offers or calls for its training programs are only published on its website and official social networks, which are:

- Instagram: @drummondltdco
- LinkedIn: Drummond Ltd.
- Facebook: Drummond Ltd. Colombia.
- In addition to those mentioned above, there are no other profiles or accounts in social media enabled in the name of individuals who claim to be employees of the Company to develop alleged selection processes.
- Drummond Ltd. clarifies that it does not use intermediaries for any of its selection or contracting processes.
- Furthermore, it clarifies that it does not demand or accept perks or payments of any kind, either directly or through intermediaries, to access its vacancies or training programs.
- It does not have groups in social media or instant messaging to carry out selection processes.
The mining company invites citizens to refrain from sending resumes or making payments to individuals or through unofficial channels.
It insists reporting any irregularities in the selection processes through the e-mail [email protected] or through its online citizen service portal: https://drummond.boreal-is.com/portal/drummond. It reiterates that it guarantees total confidentiality for those who report this type of situation.
