With great pride, Drummond Ltd.’s Aviation Department received the IS-BAO certification, an executive/corporate aviation code that recognizes the implementation of best practices in aviation activities.
This achievement confirmed the great work by the entire team and the company in promoting safe, highly professional air operations.
This standard includes a series of sections including the Safety Management Systems (SMS), Emergency Response Plan, Operations in International Airspace, Worker Training and Proficiency, among others that are audited under the IS-BAO protocol.
To receive this certification, the company needed to efficiently carry out all of the required processes that guarantee that Drummond Ltd.’s corporate aviation meets the highest safety standards, with a team of employees responsible for conducting professional operations.
This achievement is a source of pride for Drummond, since it is the first company in Colombia to certify its Aviation Department under the IS-BAO standards, which shows how this department has grown and its commitment to developing internationally-recognized operations.
