*Delivery of sports equipment to the Pedro Mejía de Becerril Municipal Sports Training School.
As part of its initiative to generate protective environments for a generation of peace builders, Drummond Ltd. delivered uniforms and sports equipment to the Pedro Mejía Sports Training School in the municipality of Becerril, Cesar.
The investment included the delivery of 600 soccer uniforms, 100 volleyball uniforms, balls, bibs, shin guards, jump ropes, hurdles, training sticks, soccer and volleyball goal nets, as well as other essential implements for the sports training of the beneficiaries.
“The truth is that I feel satisfied for this opportunity that they are giving to all our children in Becerril. I accompanied my brother and it was quite an organized event.
We hope that these projects will continue to be carried out for both the municipality and for the department. I thank Drummond and the Mayor’s Office for these implements,” said Aura García, a beneficiary from the community of Becerril.
With this initiative, Drummond Ltd. continues to contribute to the integral growth of youth through sports, promoting healthy habits, discipline and teamwork, while providing safe spaces for the personal and social development of the community.
“On this occasion we were able to benefit the Pedro Mejía Sports Training School in the municipality of Becerril, Cesar, having an impact on 600 children and adolescents.
