*Delivery ceremony of infrastructure improvements and delivery of equipment for the Senior Citizens’ Home in the Casacará District, Municipality of Agustín Codazzi.
Reaffirming its commitment to social development and the well-being of the communities in its area of influence, Drummond Ltd., together with the Municipal Administration, carried out the project to improve the infrastructure and equipment of the Senior Citizens’ Home in the district of Casacará, municipality of Agustín Codazzi, Cesar.
This initiative aims to provide a dignified and adequate space for the care of older adults, generating optimal conditions for their well-being, comfort, and safety.
The investment made by Drummond Ltd. includes the delivery of furniture and improvements to the infrastructure of the Senior Citizens’ Home, ensuring quality service for this population.

Their support, collaboration, and social commitment are essential for us,” said Yohana Acosta Zabaleta, a psychosocial professional in charge of the Casacará Senior Citizens’ Home.

The furniture items delivered include doors, windows, fans, tables, chairs, wardrobes, desks, air conditioning equipment, first aid kits, stretchers, and wheelchairs, ensuring that the Senior Citizens’ Home has the necessary conditions to provide its services.
Likewise, the work carried out to improve the infrastructure of the Senior Citizens’ Home, with the contribution of materials from the company, included the adaptation of the kitchen, the dining room, the administrative office, the medical care area, the bathroom, and the recreation yard.
“We work on projects from early childhood to the elderly. We continue to strengthen the institutional and community capability of the municipality of Agustín Codazzi. We are making this donation to the community and to the elderly, who are the ones who know the history of the territory and deserve all our respect as a company,” said Yilda Tatiana Pineda, senior supervisor of community and government relations at Drummond Ltd.
