This is an invaluable opportunity, not only to achieve your goals, but to become an example of what can be achieved with hard work and determination. The opportunity to change your lives and contribute to the development of your communities is in your hands.”
Similarly, José Guerra, former Drummond 2020 graduate from Magdalena and current intern at the company, took the opportunity to send a motivational message to the new winners: “Believe in yourselves. This scholarship defines not only what they have achieved, but also what they are capable of achieving. Take advantage of every opportunity, work with passion, and never forget why you started on this path. Whatever career you have chosen or will choose, the important thing is that you envision yourselves growing both professionally and personally.”

The network of former scholarship recipients, today outstanding professionals, is testimony to the multiplier effect of this program, which continues to generate opportunities and build more promising futures.
During the event, the president of Drummond Ltd. Colombia, José Miguel Linares, emphasized: “Let’s protect and defend our coal industry. With it, we will continue with all the social programs that the company manages, especially with this ‘Educational Route’ for the progress of the region.”
Drummond Ltd. reaffirms its commitment to the well-being of the communities in its area of influence, integrating education as an essential component aligned with its vision of sustainable mining.
