We have been informed that during an intervention at our facilities and in front of other employees, a representative of one of our union organizations stated that he had received threats against his life and that of his family.
The company expresses its absolute rejection to any threat, violent act or event that places the integrity of any person at risk, or that violates any of their fundamental rights.
We recommend our employees, and any citizen that receives threats, to inform the appropriate authorities so that they may take the necessary measures. Likewise, we urge the authorities to investigate the mentioned claims and to take all the required actions, including prosecuting those responsible.
